COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Static Control M973S404XX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aeg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Total-Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the OP7Membrane spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMPM22400C manufactured by Aeg and we are pleased to be able to service most Aeg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPI11100C2P by Manufacturer Total-Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hoerbiger-origa Brand P1100120100000300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electro-Cam such as PS510410016L equipment made by Electro-Cam have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electro-Cam products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electro-Cam" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QAW3201P201AF02M4001T0 made by Qem as well as the popular NT31ST122BV2 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MO974S414XX by Static-Control and PS510410016L spares by Electro-Cam are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ML121CT8035 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Monitech. |
